The Banquet Center office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and Noon to 6:00 p.m.on Saturdays. The Banquet Center is closed on Mondays.

Our prices are all inclusive which means your price is the final price and includes taxes and gratuities making it easier for you to budget. The price also includes servers, bus boys,, security, bar washes and Banquet Center rental hours (6 hours for evenings and 4 hours for Brunches or Luncheons).

You are responsible for providing your own liquor, beer, wine, or champagne. The Banquet center will supply bar washes. We also supply the bartenders for a fee of $75.00 each. We recommend one bartender for every 100 guests.

Appointments to finalize the menu must be made 6 weeks prior to your function. Final counts must be provided to the Banquet Center on the Tuesday before your scheduled event..

Yes, Children 6-12 years of age are half price and children 5 and under are free.

A minimum deposit is required at the time the contract is signed. The minimum for the Starlight Room is $1000 and the Courtyard Room is $250.00. Half of the estimated balance for the Starlight Room is due 90 days prior to the reservation date. The final balance is due upon conclusion of the event minus the two previous deposits. We do not accept credit cards.

On Fridays and Sundays if you have more than 150 guests and select Family Style, Buffet, or Sit Down Menus,  we offer a $5.00 per plate discount. We also offer $5.00 per plate discounts for Friday and Saturday Weddings of 150 or more guests from December to March.

Friday and Saturday evening events are usually from 6:00 p.m. to Midnight. Weekday events brunches, luncheons, or evening functions are usually 4 hours.

The Banquet Center at St. Noel can accommodate up to 450 people. The Starlight Room can seat up to 350 people while the Courtyard room can accommodate up to 100 people.

Yes, the Starlight Room has a 150 person minimum on Friday and Sunday and a 175 minimum on Saturdays. The Courtyard Room has a 50 person minimum and 100 person maximum.

Yes, we have a list of recommendations for Wedding Cakes, DJs and Bands, Photographers, Hotels and Limousine services just to name a few.

Napkin color choices including White, Pink, Black, Red, Burgundy, and Peach. Table Cloth color choices include: White, Pink, and Powder Blue. Valance Cover choices include: Satin White, Black, and Mauve. We only use China and Glassware at our Banquet Center.

We have available a large Brandy Snifter or Large Bowl or 12″ and a 24″  bud vase and 14″ round Mirrors for your use at no additional charge.You must provide the items you wish to place in each. We will put them together for you at no additional charge.  You may also choose to bring your own centerpiece.
